This role involves developing and troubleshooting firmware using bare-metal C programming. The position requires onsite work initially, with potential for remote work 1-2 days per week depending on workload and project needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and troubleshoot firmware code in C.Utilize an oscilloscope for debugging and troubleshooting code issues.Identify root cause issues in C code and resolve them effectively.Read and interpret data sheets and edit links or files as needed.Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals.Occasionally work in a lab environment around forklifts.Essential Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of recent experience in bare-metal C programming.Proven experience troubleshooting code and using an oscilloscope.Strong ability to identify and resolve root cause issues in C code.Proficiency in reading data sheets and editing links or files.Preferred Skills:Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS or Green Hills, including specific task implementation.Familiarity with DevOps practices, board bring-up processes, or Visual Studio Code is a plus.
