As a Sr Supplier Development Engineer within the Integrated Supply Chain Supplier Readiness (casting and forgings) organization here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes.
nYou will report directly to our Director Supplier Development Engineer, and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on a remote work schedule.
nIn this role, you will impact the company by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive cost efficiencies within our external casting and forging supply chain.

Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization with 3+ years of experience working in casting manufacturing

Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

Must have experience working with Investment casting, Sand casting, Single crystal, Directionally solidified, Equiaxed, Ceramic core, Permanent mold, Inconel

Must have deep knowledge of investment casting and the associated manufacturing processes .

PAY TRANSPARENCY
nThe annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $116,000 - $144,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $133,000 - $166,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
