Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 10 Months Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $110.00 - 120.00 Per Hour

Job Summary: This role involves driving end-to-end customer growth across the entire lifecycle, from initial acquisition to retention and churn prevention. You will identify high-impact opportunities by understanding customer behavior and intent, leveraging various product and go-to-market strategies. Success requires both strategic thinking and effective execution to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition and activation strategies.
• Analyze and optimize the end-to-end conversion funnel.
• Accelerate customer time-to-value through product experiences.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and monetization improvements.
• Design and execute growth experiments for continuous iteration.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in growth product management across the customer lifecycle.
• Track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes through product strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ambiguous data.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology product environment is preferred.
