Sr Project Manager / Scrum MasterOur client is seeking a Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master to add to their team. Expertise with Security (software and hardware) is essential. Their organization utilizes a hybrid approach to delivery so this position will be best filled by someone who's highly skilled in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Required Skills - GRC, Synk, Akamai, SenseOn, CrowdstrikeJob Duties - Manage software/hardware development projects to ensure quality, on time, within budget delivery from requirement definition through testing, rollout, and support. Perform project planning and sizing activities, identify resource requirements, and oversee a team capable of producing specified deliverables. Perform work breakdown and task identification, assign tasks to project resources, track progress on assigned tasks, and manage the assembly of completed tasks into coherent deliverables. Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation. Identify and communicate major milestones and risks to achieving those milestones in a positive manner. Partner with Executive Stakeholders to build consensus. Perform technical liaison functions to all clients/customers. Work and associate with Quality Assurance Team to meet quality standards. Assist technical team in design and development tasks.Job Requirements - 5+ years experience as Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master leading complex IT Security projects - both hardware and software. SME level experience with IT Security. Proven expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Education: Associate's Degree but Bachelor's preferred. Communication scaling: must have great executive presence in speaking with c-suite folks and in steering team committees and in the next meeting be able to talk tech with the engineers and architects.Desired Skills & Experience - Certifications: PMP/PMI, Agile (both STRONGLY preferred but not necessary)Required Skills: Agile Methodology, Scrum Master. Additional Skills: Project Manager, Business Analyst. This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
