Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Sr Specialist, Patient Access to support our mission-driven, patient-focused revenue cycle services. This role leads complex patient access activities, including registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and financial counseling, to ensure accurate front-end data and a positive patient financial experience. The Sr Specialist partners closely with hospital and health system teams to resolve coverage issues, reduce denials, and improve collections, leveraging technology-enabled workflows and analytics.
You will mentor junior staff, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement in access and revenue cycle outcomes.
