Sr. Solution Architect - Datacenter Software SolutionsSupermicro is looking for Sr. Solution Architect - Enterprise to drive deliverables from beginning to end for our Enterprise customers on Supermicro Systems Management Software.
In this role, the candidate should be able to understand customer environment and requirements, create architectural designs, identify gaps, manage and drive solutions for our customers. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience with Supermicro solutionsDevelop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, and runbooksImprove internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teamsCollaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate for customer needsPartner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedbackQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in Server Management technologies in Data Centers, solution architect, product management, software development, Field support teams or related roleExperience working with Day1 and Day2 server management operations, Redfish RESTful APIs, Enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, Enterprise security infrastructure like LDAP/ADExperience in architecting end-to-end solutions systems management framework for private cloud-based offeringsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in customer-facing technical roles on software productsStrong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologiesSalary Range $150,000 - $175,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
