Sr Software Systems Engineer / K2 Developers (Contract Contingent)ProSidian seeks a Sr Software Systems Engineer / K2 Developers (Contract Contingent) located in Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of a Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian engagement includes management and operations consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of a Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.

This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary. The ideal Sr Software Systems Engineer / K2 Developers (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience, and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of the ProSidian Engagement Team.Qualification requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work experience includes five years of programming experience in Government or industry and a minimum of two years of programming experience in BPM K2 environment.Core competencies: Teamwork – ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader; Leadership – ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives; Business Acumen – understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people; Communication – ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing; Motivation – persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions; Agility – ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams; Judgment – exercises prudence and insight in decision-making process while mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications; Organization – ability to manage projects and activity, and prioritize tasks.Other requirements: Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
