Manager Software EngineerDay to day responsibilities/typical day look like:50/50 hands-on work (coding/architecture) and management workNo direct reports just managing more projectsSource of knowledge and SME on the technologies to pass along information to those under them.Driving projects and escalating to management etc.Will be a mix of JavaScript frontend and back-end fairly hybrid between tiers (API work, front/back, basic cloud, etc.)Top must-have technologies/required experience for the position:Lead experience (1 year+)Strong JavaScript (Angular & Node)Willing to flex around if someone is a strong web dev and has lead experience to someone with other OOP background in Python, Ruby, JAVA, etc.AWSPreferred qualifications:Python, and/or JAVATechnical lead experienceExperience: 5-7+ years of experience/would like some kind of lead experienceTeam dynamics: Managing project with 2-3 developers
