This role requires a high-performing technical leader who can collaborate with offshore teams, mentor developers, and translate complex business requirements into technical implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop software modules and detailed technical designs for implementation.Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to ensure code adheres to best practices.Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal and external customers.Execute all facets of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile Scrum techniques.Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performing technical environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsBS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.Minimum 5 years of experience with RDBMS (MS SQL Server preferred, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).Minimum 5 years of experience developing in the Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, PySpark, MapReduce, Hive, Impala).Minimum 5 years of experience with common application frameworks (JEE – Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate).Demonstrated proficiency in Java, Python, C/C++, or C#.Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript.Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).Knowledge of cloud development and microservices.Strong ability to execute project deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience with VIBE programming.
