Sr. Software EngineerWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience who can work as an individual contributor and take ownership of feature development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kafka streaming and real-time processing, advanced database skills, and hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, application performance optimization, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka.Build and optimize complex SQL and NoSQL queries for efficient data processing.Develop scalable and high-performance Java/Spring Boot applications.Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to enhance system performance.Cloud experience is mandatory.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues in a production environment.Take ownership of feature development, from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions.Participate in on-call support and quickly address production issues.Continuously optimize and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.Required Skills:Kafka Hands-on Experience: Strong expertise in Kafka streaming, real-time data processing, and event-driven architectures.Java & Spring Boot: Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, capable of writing complex queries.Algorithms & Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks.Initiative & Ownership: Ability to take end-to-end ownership of a feature, from ideation to deployment.On-Call Support: Experience in handling production issues and system monitoring.
