Make your impact by exploring a career with us, striving to advance the promise of robotics and digital solutions for the benefit of the customers and patients we serve.ResponsibilitiesContribute to embedded software development efforts in the Software Center of Excellence of the Surgical Robotics Organization.Work in a fast-paced environment with a group of embedded software engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Complete requirements definition, design, code implementation, unit test, and system verification and validation.Participate in scrum activities and potentially act as scrum master or product owner based on project needs.Evaluate and create new or improve existing processes.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsProficient in C and Python.Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting of embedded devices.Good understanding of Linux or QNX or other OS.Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Nice to HaveExperience in software architecture design.Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe software development practices.Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted tools.Additional InformationWork Schedule: 40 hours per week, onsite 5 days per week in the Seaport District in Boston, MA.Product Line Support: Project Croc.Timeline for Scheduling Interviews: ASAP.
