Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an architecture or technical leadership role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems Familiarity with cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices architectures Experience with secure coding, identity management, and compliance frameworks Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and build business cases Experience with motion/robotics, real-time operating systems, and event-driven architecture preferred
