The ideal candidate would be proficient in project management and have a background in New Product Introduction.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucid's Service organization.The Role:Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)Review engineering changes and documentation to verify serviceable component impactCollaborate with Design Engineers and Field Operations to identify opportunities for Service improvementsManage change implementation and part effectivity through PLM platformsCascade engineering changes to downstream field data sources (parts catalog, service manual, etc.)Coordinate serviceability validation for introduction of new serviceable parts with Design Engineering and Mechatronic techniciansSupport Service Supply Chain teams to ensure a healthy supply strategy is implemented prior to product launchDocument end to end part supersession for all serviceable parts in our ERP databaseDeploy and monitor inventory strategies to ensure the End-of-Lifecycle of parts are adequately supported in the fieldProvide field support with parts escalation inquiresPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical backgroundMinimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experienceAbility to organize and drive continuous program improvementExceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliersExcellent oral and written communication skillsPassion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processesAdvantageous:Startup experience focused on early service program developmentAutomotive aptitude for vehicle sub-system parts and manufacturingPLM Experience (Delmia or equivalent)ERP knowledge to systematically manage product master data and configurationsSupply Chain knowledge for Service lifecycleBase Pay Range (Annual): $146,100 - $200,860 USDCompensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
