Sr Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Healthcare Domain/Industry)We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare and Medicare-related projects.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to drive continuous improvementPartner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are metFoster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and continuous learningSupport the adoption of Agile in new teams or organizations by tailoring practices to team maturity levelsRequired Qualifications:Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required; certifications as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or SAFe are a strong plus8–10 years of proven experience as a Scrum MasterStrong familiarity with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or RallyDemonstrated success implementing Agile methodologies in organizations new to Agile practicesExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority
