Sr. SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) consultant

Assist end users on site with inquiries and incidents/problems.

  1. Take ownership of problems until full resolution.
  2. Provide solutions as appropriate on the spot.
  3. Provide follow-up to the user on the status of the problem until resolution.
  4. Verify problem resolution prior to closure.
  5. Escalate the problem as required.
  6. Record incident in the Panaya system.
  7. Escalate issue resolution with Hypercare Command Centre and other NAMT Hypercare resources.
  8. Provide advanced problem resolution for Level 1 problems as escalated.
  9. Determine the functional area of the problem being reported, e.g. process, data, systems, training, etc.
  10. Provide detailed analysis of the problem.

It is imperative the resources are experienced for at least 5 years in SAP with priority in the following process areas:
