Experience as a Workstream/Team Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography
Experience as an Order to Cash work stream lead for a Commercial Aerospace & Defense Manufacturer at Senior Consultant level is required
Specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience:
Specific SAP modules required: Lead Management, Master Data in the Lead to Management areas, Operational Contract Management, Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Resource Related Billing (cost collection & billing WBS elements), Proposals, Contract Management (government & commercial) and Contract Line Items (CLINs) and Pricing Conditions
Must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Must be experienced with these modules (SD, PS related Sales Order Processing, Contract Lifecycle Management) in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturer (preferred), although experience in Automotive or Industrial Products (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) is also applicable
Ability to define, understand and correlate Customer transformation North Stars in the overall design of the Order to Cash value stream
Experience leading Customers, System Integrators, and SAP, team members towards a Standard Aerospace Ecosystem in the Order to Cash area
Experience guiding the preparation and release of the required support workshops documentation to ensure the success of engaging and explaining to the business functional experts the SAP S/4HANA best practices and Customer Industry processes
Expertise in managing the SAP FIORI standard applications
Experience in third-party aerospace SAP S/4HANA bolt-ons (Dassian, iCertis)
Order to Cash manages the customer-facing side of the supply chain, including the end-to-end processes covering the receipt of requests for proposals, preparation of proposals and pricing, fact-finding and contract negotiations, cost management, legal contract management and automation, operational contract management, for defense, government and private contracts, flow down management, sales order management, invoice management and accounts receivables
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective O2C work stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio
Maintain a forward-looking vision for how customer drives the most value from their existing investment in SAP software
Identify relevant 'blind spots' and provide targeted PoV/recommendations to mitigate - this includes addressing impact of items on SAP's simplification list
Responsibilities of Role:
Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives/innovations - from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives
Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for design, development and testing S/4HANA functions associated with business operations
Review and/or perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements
