Senior SAP Functional Consultant / SAP SME – Navy ERPNavaide is seeking an experienced Sr. SAP Functional Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support U.S. Navy ERP operations at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax River), MD. This role supports production SAP environments, functional enhancements, and Navy stakeholders across core business processes, with exposure to ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.This is a hands-on functional role ideal for someone who thrives in DoW environments and can bridge business needs with SAP solutions.Relevant Skills and Experience:Provide functional SAP support for Navy ERP systems, including Tier 2 / production supportSupport and configure SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay)Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutionsTroubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical teams, and support defect resolutionSupport system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user trainingCollaborate with government stakeholders, contract officers, and functional leadsAssist with ECC sustainment and S/4HANA transition readiness effortsEnsure compliance with DoW and Navy financial and acquisition policiesRequired Qualifications8+ years of SAP functional experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environmentsHands-on experience supporting ERP systems in DoD or federal environmentsStrong functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, P2PExperience working with Navy ERP or DoD financial systemsAbility to support production environments and operational sustainmentStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain onePreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting Navy ERP specificallyExperience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or modernization effortsFamiliarity with DoW financial management, acquisition, or contracting processesExperience working on-site in secure government environmentsSecurity Clearance:Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Security Clearance.Travel Candidates must be willing to travel <25% within the continental United States of America.Education:Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.Must be eligible to receive a US DoW clearance.What We Offer:Navaide is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace where our team members can thrive.
