Position: Salesforce Technical BA/Admin

Location:100% Remote
*** Salesforce Marketing Cloud -- Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio
- Building/configuring Marketing Cloud workflows and automations
- User authorization , roles, profiles, permission sets, and access management
- Ability to write/build Salesforce Flows
- Ability to write/modify Apex Classes
- Salesforce configuration, customization, objects, fields, validation rules
- Requirements elicitation and business process analysis
- Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional/technical requirements
- Salesforce integrations/APIs and data mapping
- UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support
- Working closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and business stakeholders
Key requirement: Candidate should be hands-on technically ---able to handle Salesforce Admin/configuration, Flows and Apex , while also performing BA responsibilities such as requirements elicitation and user-story writing , with Marketing Cloud experience.
