Senior Salesforce DeveloperThe Sr. Salesforce Developer develops, configures, tests, and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software and configurations on the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Company's application software environment, regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmer/analysts, and is responsible for leading application development projects of a very high complexity.Principal Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain any aspect of our highly-customized Salesforce platformWork closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop featuresParticipate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizationsMentor and guide more junior members of the teamMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years total experience developing object-oriented, database-backed web applicationsMinimum 3 years developing for the Salesforce platformTwo or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer 1Expertise developing in JavaScript and ApexHigh proficiency in Lightning Web Components and SOQLExperience with version control systems, such as GitStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectivelyExcellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and resultsHigh attention to detail to identify and document defects accuratelyPreferred Qualifications:5+ years developing Apex and LWCPlatform Developer 2 Certification
