As a professional Salesforce developer of the development team, the individual would execute to the solution delivery of issues as well as enhancements working alongside the dev lead in the team.Responsibilities:Support core applications, including providing fixes to production defects and making enhancementsQuickly evaluate defects, investigate causes and come up with solutions to address defectsDevelop, modify, and design software based on requirements/design specifications in SalesforceSupport integrations like Qualtrics, MDM etc.Help define business and user needs and processes; identify solutions, work with project team/sponsors in identifying best solutionParticipate in requirements analysis; help design applications based on system requirements; promote top code quality and solve meaningful issues related to performance tuning and scalabilityBuild enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiencyQualifications:5-7 years developing in the Salesforce platformWorking knowledge of JAVAMasters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer scienceKnowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce along with integrating Salesforce to other platformsSalesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar toolsAdvanced proficiency with multiple programming languagesClear understanding of software development methodologiesGood communication skillsMasters degree in information technology/equivalentUnderstanding of Salesforce integrationsWorked in an scaled agile environment
