Removal of impediments to the teams’ successFacilitation of discussion, decision-making, collaboration, and conflict resolution in support of attainment of valueFacilitation of SAFe ceremonies for the Agile team. Understanding of Agile principles and systems thinkingJob Requirements:POS e-commerce/ retail industry experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum or Agile roleMinimum 2 years of experience with software development projects and vendor integrations leading 2 or more teamsProficient skills and knowledge of servant leadership, teambuilding, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, relentless improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyAn understanding of how to apply the principles, practices, and theory of the Scrum Master role.
Experience with program Kanban boards, user story writing, burndown techniques, and retrospective facilitationAbility to provide a high level of quality and productivityExcellent communication and mentoring skillsUnderstanding and translating complex technical concepts into easy to understand business languagePrevious project experience leading on and offshore teams with successful collaboration and communicationStrong leadership and team building skills.
