Job Duties
nWe are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support product development and manufacturing through reliability testing, risk analysis, statistical methods, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure products and processes meet quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Develop and execute reliability studies, testing strategies, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
n• Perform risk assessments and reliability analyses for new products and processes.
n• Analyze product performance, process capability, and statistical data to identify improvement opportunities.
n• Recommend design, process, and testing enhancements to improve product reliability.
n• Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
n• Establish reliability engineering programs aligned with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
n• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
n• Lead or support projects and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
nMinimum Education Required
n• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field with 4+ years of Engineering and/or Quality experience; or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
nMinimum Experience Required
nRequired Qualifications
n• Experience with reliability engineering, quality systems, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
n• Strong communication and project management skills.
nPreferred Qualifications
n• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
n• Medical device industry experience.
n• Experience with DOE, SPC, process capability analysis, and reliability testing.
n• CQE, CRE, or similar certification.
n• Knowledge of GD&T, specifications, and industry standards.
n• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
