Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we're focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.Key responsibilities: Senior Reliability EngineerWork capital projects both large and small incorporating reliability design and maintainability into new equipment and process.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the operating processes on site.Facilitate RCAs and act as equipment SME for RCAs when appropriateContribute to plant-wide reliability initiatives and strategies for long-term operational stabilityDevelop an understanding of maintenance department KPIs and improvement initiativesFocus on equipment uptime, and correct installation of new equipmentProvide regulatory interpretation and technical support for site projectsSupport compliance efforts in line with OSHA, ASME, NFPA, Process Safety Management (PSM)About the RoleWe're looking for engineers who strive for excellence and are eager for more responsibility.BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering field.Minimum of three years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.It is useful, but certainly not essential, if you have experience in chemical processes or production.Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $123,515.20 - $154,394.00 and is bonus eligible.Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
