Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, screening, candidate recommendation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, client HR teams, and China-based stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, provide market insights, and ensure efficient recruitment delivery.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Act as a key communication bridge between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and candidates in the U.S. market, ensuring clear expectations and smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Market Insights: Provide insights on local talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and candidate expectations to support clients' recruitment strategies in the U.S.
- Recruitment Performance: Track key recruitment metrics such as candidate response rate, interview conversion, offer acceptance rate, and time-to-fill, and continuously improve sourcing and delivery effectiveness
Your Qualifications
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required , as the role involves frequent communication with China-based clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Recruitment Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting, staffing, or RPO is preferred. Candidates with strong potential and relevant internship or business experience may also be considered.
- U.S. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the U.S. recruitment market, particularly the Los Angeles or Southern California talent market, is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and business environments.
- Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
