Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children's wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.OverviewThe Sr. Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.Key AccountabilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategiesDraft and post job descriptions across relevant platformsScreen resumes and conduct interviewsCoordinate the interview process and manage candidate experienceExtend offers and support negotiationsSource candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networksBuild talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationshipsCreate and execute a strategy to build and maintain the employer brandRepresent company at fashion events and networking opportunitiesMaintain ATS records and recruiting metricsSpecial projects as assignedRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities/Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Fashion, or related field5-10+ years of managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industryExcellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain strict confidentialityProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with ATS and sourcing toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
