As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate II at CarMax, you’ll help ensure every vehicle meets our high quality and safety standards before it reaches customers. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform advanced inspections, cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning, minor repairs, and detailed quality checks using standardized CarMax processes and digital tools.
You’ll diagnose issues, document findings, and collaborate closely with technicians, painters, and detailers to keep reconditioning flow on schedule.
