As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate II at CarMax, you’ll play a key role in preparing vehicles to CarMax’s high quality standards. You will perform advanced reconditioning tasks including inspections, light mechanical repairs, cosmetic repairs, detailing, and quality checks to ensure safety and appearance.
You will use diagnostic tools, follow standardized processes, document work in internal systems, and collaborate with technicians and sales teams.
