It's the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.Position Overview:The Senior (Sr.) Receiving Inspector is responsible for supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and new product development by inspecting products, components, and parts to validate conformance to specifications and assist in the resolution of quality related issues.Responsibilities:Working from blueprints, part models, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures, determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements of products or materialsSample and test raw materials and incoming products to ensure compliance with company standardsApprove usage of components and parts to meet quality standardsSupport and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activitiesHalt processes that could adversely affect product or service qualityWork with quality engineers to improve part specification clarity, metrology tools and associated processesAssist engineering team to resolve parts quality issues on manufacturing floorEnsure that appropriate corrective action (both internal and external) has been implemented and that the corrective action is effectiveWork independently and identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvementPresent potential mitigation paths for areas of riskAct as a point of contact for other teams within OperationsBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentIndustrial metrology, broad measurement equipment and mechanical drawings interpretation proficiencyExperienced in data analysis and problem solvingWorking knowledge of Microsoft applicationsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, stoop, bend, throughout shiftMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for USDesire to drive for excellent results in all facets of the jobPreferred Qualifications:Associates Degree in a technical fieldProficient in GD&T and interpreting engineering printsFive or more years of related experience in parts inspectionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and can adjust to changing initiativesExperience in quality assurance methodology including ISO, Six Sigma, and LeanExperience with print consumables and associated processes (ribbons, inks, protective patches etc.)Experience in Oracle ERP SystemAbout Entrust:Entrust keeps the world moving safely by enabling trusted identities, payments and data protection around the globe. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
