Duration: 1 year open-ended Contract (no contract limit)

Project:
-Social profile enrichment effort
-Enabling business customer
-Consumer engagement - this specific effort is around laying a foundation, in the future handling social hand
-Business area: laying foundational pieces, social handle and customer and know how the agent can better serve them
-Prioritize conversation
- Need to collect first party social handle - instead of handling with third party, batch better overnight, not the most up to date information. Third party products - a couple of other biz groups involved.
- Noise vs important
-Architecture:
- Social care indivision service
- Integration services
- Social media management tool (Khoros care)
- Real time update - New automated API
- Social care - with backend system and retrieving information
- Update social customer information
