With 65 clinics and 5 surgery centers, led by over 100 providers and more than 1,200 team members system wide, we deliver world class care to patients throughout Florida, the Carolinas and Virginia.About This RoleThe Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle physician and advanced provider recruitment for ophthalmology practices across US Eye, with a focus on building high-quality, sustainable provider pipelines in competitive markets.
This role partners closely with clinical leadership, operations, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with organizational growth objectives, patient access goals, and provider retention outcomes.
