This is a backfill opportunity due to an internal transfer, offering strong mentoring support and opportunities for advancement. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant looking to grow within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day property accounting activities in accordance with GAAP Prepare monthly financials and reforecasts Manage cash posting and reconciliations Prepare budgets and CAM/pass-through reconciliations Oversee the Accounting Assistant Partner with property management and corporate accounting teams Must have: Experience 5+ years Commercial or Retail Property Accounting experience, OR Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar + 2–3 years Commercial Property Accounting experience Required Skills Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs Strong GAAP knowledge Budget preparation experience Nice-to-Have MRI (preferred) or Yardi *Please Note: Retail property accounting experience is not required.
