Senior Project ManagerBlane Casey Contractors is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our family-oriented team!At Blane Casey Contractors, we manage projects of all sizes and complexity across educational, industrial, commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and specialty markets throughout Maine and beyond. We are seeking a driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully lead projects, teams, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical construction knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion. This individual will play a key leadership role within the company and help mentor and develop team members.ResponsibilitiesLead construction projects from preconstruction through final closeoutServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelReview and define project scope, contract requirements, and project execution strategiesDevelop, manage, and forecast project budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitabilityCreate and maintain detailed construction schedules in Microsoft Project, including subcontractor coordination, sequencing, milestone tracking, and schedule recovery planningLead project buyout and procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipmentPrepare, negotiate, and administer subcontracts and purchase ordersOversee and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, requisitions, payment applications, back charges, delay claims, punch lists, and closeout documentationIdentify and proactively resolve project challenges related to scope, schedule, budget, constructability, and logisticsConduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staffMonitor project progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documentsSupport and mentor Assistant Project Managers and other team membersMaintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partnersEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred7+ years of commercial construction project management experienceDemonstrated experience managing multiple large-scale or complex commercial construction projects simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project financial managementExperience managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Procore strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsValid Driver's LicenseBenefitsCompetitive SalaryPerformance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesCompany Vehicle or Vehicle AllowanceTiered Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysCompany-Paid Long & Short-Term DisabilityHealth Insurance with 50/50 Employee Coverage SplitHealth Savings Account (HSA) Match up to $ (k) with up to 3.5% Company MatchCompany-Paid Life InsuranceProfessional Development & Growth OpportunitiesJob TypeFull-time
