Sr. Project ManagerCulmen International is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for USSOCOM support at Fort Bragg / Fort Liberty, NC.

The Sr. Project Manager will assist and lead the government with the initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects for new capabilities in the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) in support of USSOCOM requirements.USSOCOM requires comprehensive program support encompassing:Strategic planning and resource planningProgram management and administrationQuality assurance development and reportingContract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reviewStrategic resource planning support (e.g., POM submissions, spend plans)Budget execution support, including funding document processing and invoice reviewTechnical and application assessment supportThis position requires on-site work.What You'll Do in Your New RoleLead and assist the government with the initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects for new capabilities in the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE)Requires the ability and experience to monitor, adjust and report on project's performance, budget and scheduleServe as the primary interface between the Government customer and contractor teamExecutes the priorities and activities of the USSOCOM HQ, Component Command, TSOCSand/or deployed forces by ensuring project execution supports the advancement of IT product or serviceDeveloping objectives to support the project execution such as creating, providing, delivering and/or enhancing best practices in project management is critical to the operation and functional role of the Sr. Project ManagerDevelop and execute strategic plans, resource plans, and project's objectives aligned with USSOCOM mission requirementsManage and administer project operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirementsOversee development and implementation of quality assurance processes and reportingReview, manage, and ensure timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverablesSupport and manage strategic resource planning processes, including POM submissions and spend plansOversee budget execution activities, including funding document processing and invoice reviewLead technical and application assessments to support project's performance and continuous improvementManage project's scope, schedule, cost, and performance to ensure successful executionIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide leadership, direction, and coordination to program staff and subcontractorsSupport project's reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or relevant experience supporting related Government agency may be substituted in lieu of formal educationExperience supporting USSOCOM or similar DoD organizationsDemonstrated experience managing Government contracts and contractor personnelExperience with project planning, resource management, and budget execution processesFamiliarity with CDRLs, quality assurance reporting, and contract compliance requirementsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to engage effectively with senior Government stakeholdersActive Top Secret ClearancePMI Project Management Professional requiredAbout the CompanyCulmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
