Role Overview:
Lead a large-scale enterprise technology initiative with multiple interconnected workstreams. Manage dependencies, coordinate with other project managers, and ensure the project aligns with business and technical goals. Drive project execution, governance, and stakeholder communication. Support a Waterfall project management environment and operate at a program level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a large, complex enterprise technology initiative with approximately 17 interconnected workstreams
• Develop and maintain project roadmap, schedule, status reporting, and documentation
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies across workstreams and teams
• Coordinate with other project managers responsible for individual workstreams
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
• Facilitate project meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
• Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and resolve or elevate issues as neededCoordinate project resources and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Translate technical discussions into understandable information for stakeholders and leadership
• Review technical architecture and understand system interactions, APIs, and integrations
• Maintain focus on project execution, governance, and stakeholder management
• Provide leadership across multiple teams without direct authority over all resources

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise technology environments
• Highly personable with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Capable of operating at a program level and driving project execution
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating dependencies across multiple teams or projects
• Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, manager, or people leader
• Strong Waterfall project management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage meetings, reporting, documentation, and executive communication
• Ability to understand technical concepts and participate in technical discussions
• Working knowledge of APIs, systems integrations, enterprise applications, technical architecture, application dependencies, and reading architecture diagrams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating stakeholders and workstreams
