Sr. Project Manager - MEPThe Senior Project Manager leads B&D's most complex, high-value construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role is accountable for total project success — customer satisfaction, safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance — while serving as a business manager for the company and an Area Manager in training.This position requires working knowledge across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with the ability to coordinate trades, interpret multi-discipline drawings, and drive integrated execution in the field. The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of independent judgment, owning portfolio-level decisions across budgets, resources, contracts, and personnel. They stand in for the Area Manager when required, provide supervision and mentorship to direct reports, and serve as the senior point of contact for customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Success in this role demands initiative, competitive drive, sound business judgment, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing field conditions.
