If you're the kind of person who thrives on making things happen (and making them happen well), let's talk.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project proposals and establish project objectives in collaboration with clients and managementNegotiate contracts, manage invoicing, and collect accounts receivableBuild and maintain project plans, including budgets, staffing, and schedulesAssemble, direct, and mentor project teams; forecast workload needs and manage sub-consultantsOwn financial performance: monitor budgets, analyze variances, negotiate scope changes, and report results to managementReview and approve work products against design and client requirementsServe as primary client contact, providing regular updates and resolving concerns promptlySupport business development through proposals, marketing materials, and client relationship buildingMaintain accurate project data in Vision and ensure compliance with QA/QC standardsUphold RVi's quality standards and professional reputation across all deliverablesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related fieldProfessional license required (e.g., AICP, RLA)10+ years of experience in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related disciplineAdvanced proficiency with Vision project management softwareProven experience managing and mentoring project teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel for project site visits as neededWhile AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
