Sr. Project Manager

Job TitleWhat you need to have:5-10 years of Project Management experienceExperience of managing Finance system projects is preferredMinimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs)Experience with both Waterfall and AGILE methodologiesExpertise in using Project Planning Management toolExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levelsStrong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goalsGood time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of team members to ensure project deadlines are metProblem solving skills to be able to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including to think creatively, identify potential solutions and make informed decisions
