Construction Project Manager – HealthcareManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, including design/build, construction management, and construct-only delivery. Accountable for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Support RFP responses, conceptual estimating, scheduling, and client presentationsReview design documents and provide constructability, scope, and cost inputPrepare detailed estimates, manage bid packages, subcontractor selection, and major procurementsDevelop and manage project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractorsOversee cost control, change management, invoicing, and cash flowManage permits, inspections, submittals, and regulatory coordinationLead client communications, progress meetings, and reportingMonitor safety, quality, and subcontractor performanceMentor project staff and manage project close-out and warranty workQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)7+ years of construction management experienceHealthcare construction project experience requiredStrong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, construction methods, and safetyExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel per project needsKavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
