We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic build-out of our offshore IT Global Capability Center (GCC) . This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive end-to-end project delivery, partner with global stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across borders.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute project plans for GCC setup
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with leadership and offshore partners
- Oversee infrastructure, technology, and compliance readiness
- Track KPIs and report progress to executives
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Proven success in global or offshore operations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
- Experience with GCC or shared services setup is a plus
