Senior Project Manager – Building EnvelopeMaryland, Virginia & Washington, DC (Travel Required) Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Full-TimeSuperior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading specialty contractor focused on custom building envelope solutions, including curtain wall, architectural wall systems, and glazing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety.Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Review contracts, develop project budgets, and oversee project financial performance.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, scheduling, and field operations.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.Conduct progress meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved.Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams.Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Qualifications7+ years of progressive project management experience within the building envelope, curtain wall, glazing, or architectural facade industry.Strong background managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration.Working knowledge of AIA contracts and subcontract management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.OSHA 30 Certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceDirect hire opportunity with a stable, growing organizationCareer advancement opportunitiesCollaborative team environmentChallenging, high-profile commercial projects throughout the MD, VA, and DC regionIf you're an experienced construction professional with a background in building envelope systems and a passion for leading successful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
