Sr. Project Manager - ERP

Position Summary

As an ERP Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, migration, or upgrade of ERP systems for manufacturing and operational environments. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and project methodology. Leading across business and technical teams, you will manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing and operational environments
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external vendors
• Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve project objectives
• Manage project resources and hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines
• Maintain project documentation, artifacts, and reporting in accordance with project methodology
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues while implementing corrective actions when needed
• Provide clear and consistent stakeholder communication including status reports, dashboards, and risk updates
• Facilitate project meetings, decision-making processes, and issue resolution across teams
• Support organizational readiness and user adoption through collaboration with business stakeholders
• Escalate critical risks or issues that may impact project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of ERP implementation or ERP project management experience
• Experience working with manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-layered organizational environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize complex information and processes
