Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Reno, NV area. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep experience in arena, large hospitality, or complex high-value developments. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects (arenas, resorts, hotels, mixed-use developments) from inception to completionOversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionManage and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and support staffMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsDrive cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple projectsLead contract negotiations, change order management, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate with field leadership to ensure alignment between office and site operationsProvide strategic input during preconstruction, including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviewsQualifications & Requirements10+ years of experience in commercial construction project managementProven experience managing large-scale projects such as arenas, stadiums, resorts, or major hospitality developmentsStrong background in ground-up construction and complex renovationsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and large project teamsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Preferred ExperienceArena or stadium constructionLarge hospitality (hotel/resort/casino) projectsMulti-phase or occupied-space constructionExperience working in Nevada or similar regulatory environments
