They are an Employee-Owned Company built on a foundation of quality construction, delivered by people who care and in partnership with people they care about.As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, expand your knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator that values employee ownership.To succeed in this role, you should be open to learning, disciplined, detail-oriented, systems-driven, able to work independently, and genuinely interested in supporting team members with a positive, proactive attitude.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage client expectations throughout all phases of the projectProvide project leadership and supervisory oversightEnsure project document control by keeping all documents complete, current, and properly managedManage and prepare cost proposals and change ordersDevelop project budgets and manage buy-out/contracting processesPerform project accounting tasks including preparing Owner billings and reviewing/approving Subcontractor progress paymentsMaintain budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycleManage submittals, RFIs, and all project documentation requirementsDevelop and manage CPM schedulesOversee project subcontractors, including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, budget monitoring, and billing managementCoordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnelQualifications & RequirementsExperience in commercial and/or public works construction, managing multiple projects or a single large, complex projectBachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, or other industry-related programs preferredStrong understanding of current construction methods, materials, and regulationsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams efficientlyExcellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project or other scheduling softwareValid driver's license with acceptable driving historyExperience on projects within larger school bond programs (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD)Experience using Procore project management softwareExperience in Higher Education and Healthcare market sectors preferredBenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Profit-sharing100% employer-paid Health/Dental premiums for team membersGenerous vacation and sick timeNine (9) paid holidays, including your birthday100% employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability insuranceRetirement plans with company contributionSubsidized tuition on child careHealth/Dependent care FSA'sOpportunities to make a meaningful impact in the communities you serve
