Job Description:-
A high-end architectural firm is seeking an advanced-level Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end classical residential design to join their team.
The candidate should be well-versed in the classical design language and have a thorough knowledge of architectural history and precedent, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and strong technical drawing skills (construction sets as well as millwork/cabinetry design). In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading creative and highly detailed traditional high-end residential projects from conception through completion. The Ideal Candidate will have an eye for design and strong technical detailing skills.
Qualifications:
- Looking for a Project Manager to lead all phases of the project from inception to completion.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited architectural school.
- Must have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and collaborate with teams—high interaction with clients.
- They must have a proven track record of leading, creating, and executing highly detailed classical residential projects. xhqgsiq
- Must be classically trained.
- Hybrid – 3 days in T-Th ( M-F work from Home unless meetings )
