Senior Project Engineer / Project ManagerThe Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing capital improvement projects, engineering initiatives, and technical problem-solving efforts within the manufacturing environment. This role works closely with plant leadership, production teams, maintenance personnel, and technical departments to identify operational challenges and implement effective engineering solutions. The Senior Project Engineer oversees projects from initial concept through design, budgeting, installation, and final startup. This position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requires standing, walking, and interacting with production equipment and project sites.
