If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a firm that sets the standard, this is your opportunity!Project WorkLead and manage hydrologic and hydraulic modeling projects within the Engineering DepartmentPerform production tasks such as hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and preparing written technical reportsExecute comprehensive project oversight including planning, tracking, scope and change management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across the project teamProduce and oversee hydrologic and hydraulic technical work including studies, calculations, models, and reportsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and internal teams for projects under your supervisionDevelop proposals, budgets, and ensure projects meet time and financial goalsEnsure compliance with department standards and resolve project conflictsTrack expenditures, approve invoices, and prepare progress reportsContinually develops knowledge of water resources and environmental regulations, engineering best practices, and industry standards through hands-on experience and continuing professional educationClient Relationship / Employee Development / Business DevelopmentOwn and cultivate client relationships, resolving issues and identifying new opportunitiesExpand your professional network and influence by participating in industry organizations, attending networking events, and building relationships that support talent identification and business growthMeet with current clients regularly or as needed to gather feedback and strengthen partnershipsMentor and support the development of department staffWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldPE license in Indiana10+ years of relevant experience in water resources engineeringProven experience managing multiple projects over timeExperience supporting and mentoring engineersProficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, HY-8) as well as GIS (ArcMap, ArcPro)Bonus QualificationsCertified Floodplain Manager (CFM)Not Sure You're a Perfect Match?
