Benefits and employee costs are subject to changeHSA and FSA plans that will allow you to divert pre-tax money.Life insurance provided by the company at 2.5 times your yearly salary.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Experience with leading a project or leading a team including supervising staff and craft personnelExperience with monthly cost reporting including forecasting of future cost to completeExperience with monthly revenue reporting including monthly progress payments and forecasting of future revenueExperience with negotiating subcontracts and material purchase agreementsExperience with managing and tracking subcontractor work including progress and preparation of subcontractor progress estimatesExperience administrating a contract including but not limited to; documents control process, control of work requirements, change order management, and schedule managementExperience with writing and managing RFI's and SubmittalsExperience with management of project change order process including required notification of changes, requests for compensation, change order negotiation and time extension negotiationsExperience with preparation and management of P6 schedules and monthly updatesExperience on bid-build unit price and lump sum projects with an understanding of the measurement and payment requirementsFamiliar with contract requirements regarding documentation and notification of any delays and/or changes to original contract scope of workExperience supervising the coordination between engineers and project superintendents regarding daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.Acts as a liaison between project management and field employees on schedules, changes in scope of work, and conflict resolutionsExperience with project MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/etc. requirements and reportingExperience with project labor compliance and reportingEffective verbal and written communication skillsAssures compliance with Company safety policies and OSHA safety standardsMulti-tasks and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issuesHelp coordinate project sub-contractors for timely completion and qualityQualities:Problem solver, someone that always strives to find the best solutionAble to comprehend the big picture, while not losing sight of the detailsProactive in taking ownership of duties/tasks/responsibilitiesSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseRequirements are essential, but preferences have flexibility.Excellent communication skills are required.
