Senior Program ManagerIAP is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead a 15 person Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) engineering program providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) for new or existing capabilities in the field of protection and survivability for systems of interest to the customer. The successful candidate will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth. This position is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the Defense market.Key Responsibilities:Serve as point of contact for coordination and formal discussions with the customers and the Government, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfactionInterface with the KO, COR, and Government leadershipEnsure that employees properly comply with the performance standards outlined in this PWS and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Manage all contractor personnelEstablish and maintain effective relationship with subcontractor supportEnsure all deliverables submitted on-time or earlyMonitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costsPrioritize work and monitor procedures, and programsEnsure continuity of support during contractor personnel changesMonitor operations, maintenance, repair, and service operations for quality control and contract complianceConfirm that management and contract reports are accurate before submissionWorking through Finance, prepare budgets and cash flows to manage project costs and revenues throughout the process.Develop labor and material estimates to support proposed project schedules.Interpret and explain plans, budgets, and schedules to administrative and support staff, subordinate supervisors, and client representatives.Responsible for client relations throughout the project life, ensures open and positive communications, facilitates change management and dispute resolution.Support proposal development to include proposal strategy, proposal management, writing, technical review and establishing basis of estimate.Responsible for the facility operations at the APG officeMeets with potential customers to build company recognitionEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree required15 years of experience in technology design and developmentRecent Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; education and experience to understand complex laboratory operations;2 years working within a research or engineering environment directly related to supporting efforts and requirements of the PWS;higher degree can substitute for 3 years of experience (of the 15 years' progressive experienceKnowledge & Skills:Thorough knowledge Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.Excellent follow-through and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.Travel: May travel up to 10% if necessary.Security Clearance: Active Secret requiredIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
