Overview
The Program Manager plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects within the organization to achieve strategic objectives and deliver impactful outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex, high-risk projects while maintaining project quality, finances, governance and focus.
- Strong agile/scrum experience required. Experience running scrum projects, teams, ceremonies, and creating/maintaining all relevant artifacts and documentation necessary for the successful execution of project work.
- Strong experience in guiding/creating feature roadmaps/backlogs, maintaining roadmap/backlogs, creating and maintaining Azure DevOps Dashboards.
- Strong experience in running scrum projects using Azure DevOps, Kanban boards from feature selections all the way to stakeholder demo/sign off.
- Strong experience in working with scrum product owners, DevOps teams/developers, and testers.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans including schedules, controls, resources, and validated statements of work (SOW) to achieve proper compliance and secure quality assurance, delivering projects to scope, budget, and timeline as agreed with the customer.
- Be the main point of contact for all aspects of the engagement, building strong and seamless relationships by maintaining communication with all partners with complete transparency.
- Guide the team during the project lifecycle and provide direction to project requirements. Guide the team in understanding and using agile methodology.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience with a good focus on agile DevOps projects.
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency and knowledge of data center hardware infrastructure and relevant software (automation software, SNOW, Terraform, infrastructure-as-a-service solutions, iDevOps solutions).
- Refined customer service, communication, problem solving, negotiating, planning, and organizational skills.
- Maintain a weekly cadence of meetings with external stakeholders (not necessarily part of day-to-day scrum teams/work) to provide updates, escalate as necessary, and solicit feedback.
