Sr. Program AnalystCulmen International is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst for USSOCOM support at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.
The Sr. Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements.USSOCOM requires comprehensive program support encompassing:Strategic planning and resource planningContract deliverables and administrationQuality assurance development and reportingContract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reviewStrategic resource planning support (e.g., POM submissions, spend plans)Budget execution support, including funding document processing and invoice reviewTechnical and application assessment supportThis position requires on-site work.What You'll Do in Your New RoleThe Program Analyst Sr. will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the government contract requirementsEnsure deliverables and contract actions are executed on a timely manner by planning, analyzing and evaluating the contracts statusDevelop and execute strategic plans, resource plans, and program objectives aligned with USSOCOM mission requirementsActions to assist the government include but are not limited to ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives and quality of contract are executedReview, manage, and ensure timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverablesSupport and manage strategic resource planning processes, including POM submissions and spend plansWill provide the government with a monthly assessment of the applicable contract management requirementsLead technical and application assessments to support program performance and continuous improvementManage program scope, schedule, cost, and performance to ensure successful executionIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide leadership, direction, and coordination to program staff and subcontractorsSupport program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field OR relevant experience supporting related Government agency may be substituted in lieu of formal educationExperience supporting USSOCOM or similar DoD organizationsDemonstrated experience managing Government contracts and contractor personnelExperience with program planning, resource management, and budget execution processesFamiliarity with CDRLs, quality assurance reporting, and contract compliance requirementsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to engage effectively with senior Government stakeholdersActive Top Secret ClearanceAbout the CompanyCulmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
